Access is granted per person/firm after approval, and is non-transferable. Please do not share your login with others; accounts found shared may be deactivated.

The designs in this catalog are curated and offered by Paper Plane Design. All rights in this catalog and its contents are reserved. Access is provided for viewing and placing orders with us only. Copying, downloading, reproducing, printing, reselling, or otherwise using any design or image from this catalog — in full or in part, directly or through any AI or editing tool — without our written permission is strictly prohibited.

3. Ordering

Designs are ordered by sharing the design code (shown on each image) or a screenshot with our team. Sizes, pricing, customization, and delivery are confirmed with you at the time of order. Designs shown are subject to availability and may be modified, updated, or withdrawn at any time without notice.

4. Catalog access fee

Where an access fee or advance is applicable, its amount, adjustment against orders, and validity are as per the written quotation or rate list provided to you at the time of registration.

5. Your details

The information you provide at registration (name, company, phone, email) is used only to serve you — activation, order coordination, and updates about our designs and offers. We do not sell or share your details with third parties.

6. Copyright concerns

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe any design in this catalog infringes a copyright or any other right belonging to you or a third party, please write to us at paperplanedesign.in@gmail.com with supporting proof. We will review the matter promptly and take appropriate action, including modification or removal of the design where warranted.

7. Account status

Paper Plane Design may approve, decline, suspend, or deactivate any account at its sole discretion, including for breach of these terms or misuse of the catalog.

8. Violations

Unauthorized use of catalog content causes us real commercial harm. We reserve the right to deactivate access and pursue all remedies available under applicable law.

9. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Delhi having exclusive jurisdiction.
